Skytech Ultrafab Pulse-Jet and Reverse Pulse-Jet Dust Collection Bags are engineered to withstand the repeated mechanical shock of high-pressure compressed-air pulse cleaning in online and offline baghouse systems. Manufactured from premium needle-punched polyester, polypropylene, acrylic, fibreglass, or Nomex felt with optional PTFE membrane lamination, these bags maintain structural integrity through thousands of pulse cycles while delivering 99.9%+ filtration efficiency on fine dusts.

What Are Pulse-Jet Dust Collection Bags?

Pulse-jet baghouses are the most widely used industrial dust collection technology. Filter bags hang vertically from a tube-sheet, and a venturi-assisted blast of high-pressure compressed air is periodically directed down the inside of each bag, momentarily inflating it and dislodging the accumulated dust cake. The bags must withstand this repeated rapid inflation-deflation without seam failure, media fatigue, or loss of filtration efficiency — while maintaining continuous filtration on all non-cleaning compartments.
