Built for High-Intensity Pulse-Jet Cleaning in Industrial Baghouses
Skytech Ultrafab Pulse-Jet and Reverse Pulse-Jet Dust Collection Bags are engineered to withstand the repeated mechanical shock of high-pressure compressed-air pulse cleaning in online and offline baghouse systems. Manufactured from premium needle-punched polyester, polypropylene, acrylic, fibreglass, or Nomex felt with optional PTFE membrane lamination, these bags maintain structural integrity through thousands of pulse cycles while delivering 99.9%+ filtration efficiency on fine dusts.
What Are Pulse-Jet Dust Collection Bags?
Pulse-jet baghouses are the most widely used industrial dust collection technology. Filter bags hang vertically from a tube-sheet, and a venturi-assisted blast of high-pressure compressed air is periodically directed down the inside of each bag, momentarily inflating it and dislodging the accumulated dust cake. The bags must withstand this repeated rapid inflation-deflation without seam failure, media fatigue, or loss of filtration efficiency — while maintaining continuous filtration on all non-cleaning compartments.
Pulse-Jet / Reverse Pulse Jet Air Dust Collection Bags
Features and Benefits
-
Pulse-Resistant Seam Construction:
Double lock-stitch seams with chemically resistant thread prevent seam fatigue failure under thousands of repeated pulse-jet inflation cycles
-
ePTFE Membrane Option:
Surface filtration membrane prevents dust from penetrating the media depth — enabling complete cake release with each cleaning pulse and consistently low differential pressure throughout filter life
-
Wide Fibre Range:
Polyester, polypropylene, acrylic, Nomex, P84, PTFE, and fibreglass needle-felt options — the correct fibre matched to each combination of temperature and chemical environment
-
Antistatic Options:
Carbon fibre or stainless steel antistatic blends available for dust collection in explosive or electrostatically sensitive dust environments
-
Snap Ring and Collar Top Styles:
Snap ring, collar top, plain top, and clamp-band configurations for direct fitment in all standard pulse-jet baghouse tube-sheet designs
-
Custom Diameter and Length:
Bags manufactured from 100 mm to 300 mm diameter and 2 m to 10 m length to fit all OEM and custom-built pulse-jet baghouse designs
