What Are Spun Bonded Filter Cartridges?

Spun Bonded Cartridges (also called melt-blown cartridges) are produced by extruding molten polypropylene through tiny nozzles while applying hot air to attenuate the fibre. The fibres are collected onto a rotating mandrel, building up a self-bonded depth structure with controlled graded porosity. No adhesive or binders are used — the filter is 100% polypropylene, making it compatible with a very broad range of chemicals.
